The most common method for displaying a banner outside is to hang it between two poles, trees, or other types of objects. For this method of installation, you can use either rope or bungee cords. We recommend the use of bungee cords as they allow for a small amount of give in the wind and are much easier to install (no knots). In order to hang the banner, secure the banner using bungee cords at all four corners of the banner to the poles or objects you are hanging it from. If you are using rope, thread each piece through the length of the banner using the grommets (holes) to add support. Pull the bungees/rope tight to eliminate sag in the middle of the banner. When doing this make sure to pull and secure the bungees/rope horizontally, not diagonally (see below for example). Doing this will better distribute the stress on the banner and increase its lifespan.

Another easy way to display your banner outdoors is to secure it to a chain link fence or other similar object using zip ties. Simply secure the banner at each grommet with a zip tie to the chain link fence.

For permanent indoor displays, you can wall mount your banner using wood screws and washers. Identify a space that will allow you to insert screws into your wall, hold the banner against the wall and mark where the grommets are located, drill a hole at each of your marks, then place a washer behind each grommet and insert a screw through the grommet, the washer, and then into the wall.

With proper care, your banner could last much longer than three years. Simply follow these instructions:

• When storing your banner, always roll it up with the print facing out and place it in its shipping box.
• Never fold your banner.
• Do not store your banner in places of extreme heat (such as the trunk of your car) or direct sunlight.
• Clean your banner with soapy water or very mild household cleaners. Use a rag or paper towel. Never use a brush, pressure washer, or other abrasive object.
