Our magnets are repositionable, but hold strong when you apply to your car. These come in two durable thicknesses for you to choose from, both with rounded corners for a professional look. Our standard magnet is .030" (100 lbs/sq ft pull strength), but we highly recommend our strongest magnet for vehicles that get a lot of use. Our strongest magnet thickness is the .045" (133 lbs/sq ft pull strength). Our .045 Magnetic signs are twice as thick as the industry standard, greatly reducing the risk that they will accidentally come off your vehicle. This is great for mobile advertising on vehicles.

How do I care for my magnet on my vehicle?

Ensure the car surface is clean and dry before applying. Place magnets on a flat, level surface without gaps or molding to prevent wind from lifting them. Wait at least 90 days after painting, 60 days after applying a clear coat, or 7 days after waxing before applying. Remove magnets during heavy rain, snow, or car washes. Reapply only to dry surfaces. Clean magnets regularly with a lukewarm, damp cloth; avoid harsh scrubbing or chemicals.

Do you offer reflective magnets?

Not at this time.

What size do you recommend for my vehicle?

It comes down to preference and budget. 18” x 24” and 12” x 24” are generally easier to read from further distances, while 9” x 12” is also an affordable choice.

Do car magnets stick to all types of vehicles?

Magnetic signs do not work on all vehicles. Some car surfaces, such as those made of plastic, aluminum, or carbon fiber (commonly found on bumpers and certain panels), are non-magnetic and will not hold the magnet. We recommend checking your vehicle's surface to ensure it supports magnetic adhesion before use. We recommend testing with a refrigerator magnet to see if it works with your vehicle.

How are car magnets different from other types of vehicle advertising?

Car magnets are flexible, removable, and reusable, unlike permanent options such as decals or vehicle wraps.
